Course description
Do you know where your ActiveCampaign tags and custom fields are used?
ActiveCampaign is a great email marketing and marketing automation tool but keeping track of assets such as tags can be difficult, time consuming and prone to error.
Imagine you want to rename a tag.
Now you may say that it’s ok because when the tag is renamed, it will be updated wherever it’s used.
Not really.
They’re not renamed in add / remove tag actions, tag actions in email links and then there’s third party forms, and Zapier.
In this course, you will be building a tool in Airtable that helps you keep track of your ActiveCampaign assets. You’ll be able to see at a glance where tags and custom fields are used, which automations are using custom fields, the emails that use personalisation tags, the Zaps that interact with your ActiveCamapign account, and more.
Now, this isn’t an Airtable course as such. It’s a course that shows you how to build a practical tool in Airtable that you can use in your business.
Key concepts covered include
- An overview of Airtable
- Creating the tables and fields to record ActiveCampaign assets
- Linking Airtable fields
- Tracking where assets are used
Outcomes
After completing this course, you have created a tool that helps you:
- view where ActiveCampaign assets are used
